The Centre for Epidemiological and Mathematical Research (CEMAR) had its Stakeholders Meeting at Potters Lodge in Dedza-Malawi on 9th April, 2025.

In attendance were: The National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) team led by Dr. Lumbani Munthali, KUHeS team led by Prof. Adamson Muula, Malawi University of science and Technology (MUST) team led by Dr. Mwantobe, University of Malawi (UNIMA) team led by Dr. Elias Mkwakilama and CEMAR team led by its Director, Mr. Nicholas Siame Adam.

The Main purpose was to bring together different stakeholders in the Malaria Modelling space to explore and formulate key research questions that can be worked on through Mathematical Modelling, particularly in urban malaria setting. The meeting was successful, and more actionable activities will follow in a few months to come.
